Questions before you buy

How many rolls should I order?

Measure the area to cover and check the coverage per roll. Allow for seams, overlap, and cuts as required by the installation instructions. Order whole rolls.

Can I add padding under my floor?

Only if the flooring maker allows it. Some floors have an attached pad and do not allow extra cushioning. A thin vapor barrier and a padded underlayment are different products.

How should I install it?

Follow the accessory and flooring makers’ instructions. Check the subfloor, gaps, fastening method, and fit before cutting or installing.
