Return & Refund Policy — Caspar Flooring Direct

For Flooring orders - Most flooring sales are final. Due to freight shipping, palletized orders, and manufacturer packaging requirements, however we do accept returns on flooring. if you are wanting to return boxes please be aware it is a 30% restock fee plus you are responsible for freight back to origin.

For Rug orders - we do accept returns however it is a 35% restock fee plus you are responsible for the shipping back to origin, we will help you with any questions you have. 

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your flooring or rug arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must report it within 36 hours with clear photos of:

  • Damaged planks or rug material

  • Packaging

  • Freight label

  • Bill of lading (if provided)

We will provide free replacement planks for any damaged material in accordance with manufacturer and freight policies.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened boxes

  • Installed or cut flooring

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Special-order products

  • Custom orders

  • Items shipped over 30 days ago

  • Any flooring shipped on pallets

Most flooring manufacturers and freight carriers do not accept product returns, so all sales are final unless damage is reported.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. If the order has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. 

Refunds (If Applicable)If a refund is approved (for example, an out-of-stock item or a cancellation before shipment), the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If Refund comes from a cancellation on your end the refund will be 80% of fund if it is an out of stock item it will be a 100% full refund
