Shipping Policy — Caspar Flooring Direct
Nationwide Shipping
We ship flooring nationwide across the United States through trusted freight carriers. All LVP, SPC, WPC, engineered hardwood, and palletized flooring orders are delivered via curbside freight with liftgate service when available.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and sent to the manufacturer or warehouse within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by product and supplier, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location and freight schedules.
Delivery Method
Flooring orders are shipped on pallets and delivered curbside. Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present at the delivery address to accept the shipment and sign for it.
Free Shipping
Many of our products include free delivery depending on brand, quantity, and location. Products that qualify for free delivery will be clearly labeled on the product page.
For some brands, orders below a specific square footage may include a small delivery fee.
Delivery Fees (If Applicable)
Certain brands or orders below the free-delivery threshold may have a delivery fee which will be shown at checkout. Delivery fees vary by supplier, weight, and state.
Damage on Arrival
Please inspect your shipment at delivery. If any boxes are damaged, take clear photos and note it on the delivery receipt (if provided). All damage must be reported within 36 hours so we can provide replacement planks according to supplier and freight policies.
Missed Delivery Appointments
If the freight carrier attempts a delivery and no one is present, they may charge a redelivery fee. Any redelivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an address change is needed after your order has shipped, freight carriers may charge a rerouting or reconsignment fee.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes.
