Order Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders due to errors, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or supplier issues.

Freight Shipping and Delivery
All flooring orders are delivered via freight carriers. Delivery is curbside only. Someone must be present during delivery to inspect and sign for the shipment. Any redelivery fees, missed appointments, or address change fees charged by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage and Claims
All damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Replacement planks will be provided for damaged material only, in accordance with manufacturer and freight carrier policies. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or logistics disruptions.

Returns
Due to the nature of flooring products, most sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless there is confirmed damage or defect. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
